Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO I KNOW THE ITEMS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION?
Just like any high-end re-sale boutique, we have professional buyers who carefully evaluate each item we receive and determine its quality and our ability to resell it. We are very strict about quality and do not accept anything that is not in 'like new' condition. Items with stains, tears, or fading are immediately rejected.
WHAT DOES "TEENSY FLAW" MEAN?
J. London Boutique has chosen to offer a wider range of items that may have teeny-tiny flaws, but still has LOTS of life left in them! As a Shop customer, this gives you even more gently-loved items to choose from! Any item containing a "teensy flaw" is marked in our Shop with a "*" next to it. If you click to view a single item there will be an explanation of the specific flaw in that item.
I ADDED AN ITEM TO MY CART AND NOW IT IS SOLD OUT... WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM IS "UNAVAILABLE" OR "OUT OF STOCK"?
Because each item on our site is unique, only one person can purchase each item. All transactions are on a first come first serve basis. Adding an item to your cart does not equate to purchasing. Your item will not be considered "purchased" until you have completed the check-out process and received confirmation.
HOW OFTEN IS NEW INVENTORY ADDED?
We are constantly adding new items, so check back often since no two items are exactly alike. What you see today will be different from what is available any other day! SO CHECK BACK DAILY!
